My husband has a very poor appetite following 2 strokes. Making ‘fortified milk’ was recommended by dietician – 4 tbs powdered milk to one pint milk, doubles the calories and doubles the protein etc. This product is great for this, being full fat, and really doesn’t change the flavour of the milk, just makes it creamier. Product is easy to use, not lumpy and a batch will keep for 24hrs in fridge.
