Full disclosure my kids hate this plain. But if you’re making a homemade cocoa mix it has a great flavor and my kids don’t mind it in that. I love that it has the flavor of steamed milk, so I can make a latte tasting drink without having to actually dirty another dish to steam milk. It also goes fantastic with instant coffee, which is probably my favorite way to use it.

I buy this a lot & have for many years & usually it doesn’t expire 6-12 months. This time I received it on Oct. 12, 2022 and it expired Dec. of 2022. The product is very well vacuum sealed & will stay good well past the expiration date on can or I would have returned it. I love the taste of this powdered milk as it is rich and creamy. I won’t buy to 2 pack again since I don’t need 2 can that are about to expire.

I have some bread recipes that call for “powdered/dry” milk. I will not get/use low fat ‘anything’ and I purchased this since it’s a whole milk powder that is surprisingly hard to find. Breads turn out (and taste) fine. I recommend this for baking needs, but since I don’t use it to make milk I have no opinion to share for that.
