I don’t know if it is the moisture misting or just well researched temperature profiles, but this magic box gets it right. From sous vide style ny strip to salmon portions, perfect results each time. I still prefer sous vide bath perfection, but the convenience of getting 90% there is a game changer. Worth it just to never over cook fish again. Purchased as initial kickstarter offering.

I thought i ordered glossy cardstock, so needless to say, i was a little disappointed when i realized it was glossy photo paper. I had no choice but to use it bc i needed to finish my project by Wednesday. Needless to say I was super stoked on the quality and color of the prints. I’m making busy boxes and plan on laminating it. (Printed on an epson 3760)

I would say this is a good product. You have to be prepared, though, for a very thin paper, compared to the weight of most photo paper. Even so, that’s not a bad thing. If you want to frame a print, it won’t be obvious that the paper is thin. And, if you’re doing a card, it’s nice to be able to write on the reverse side of the paper.
