Powdered Lemon Curd Mix Directions:
Ingredients:

8 oz. water

8 oz. Lemon Curd Mix

4 oz. unsalted butter
Directions:

Bring the water to a boil and add Lemon Curd Mix.

Return to a boil, whisking constantly.

Remove from heat.

Add butter and stir well to combine.

Pour into bowls and refrigerate to enjoy later. Or, let the lemon curd cool for immediate use in a dessert recipe.
