Wagyu beef is best when cooked medium rare, any more than that and you risk burning that beautiful marbling off. You won’t need a lot of extra seasonings for this gorgeous piece of meat – a bit of salt and pepper will do to let the full flavor shine.

Imported from Australia, this Wagyu beef is humanely raised. The cattle are treated naturally and humanely, grazing in the open pasture of Australia, finally finished grains for a minimum of 300 days to ensure a rich, buttery flavor. Hormone and antibiotic-free.
Meat will arrive chilled in a vacuum sealed bag. Unopened, use or freeze within 7 days. Once opened, cook within 1 day. Will keep in the freezer up to 6 months. To defrost, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
